The existing building was completely renovated. This included converting the old multipurpose room into a larger library/media center, remodeling the office area for student support services, new flooring, paint and lighting in existing classrooms, converting regular classrooms to special education classrooms and a teacher workroom, remodeling space for a demonstration classroom, a new roof and a new air conditioning, heating and ventilation system. Meadowlark Ridge Elementary School 2003-2004 School Year Enrollment
The arts community of Salina has generously funded public art projects at several of the Salina Public School attendance centers. Students from Meadowlark Ridge created drawings that were then incorporated into art panels and installed in an open area outside of the artroom. |
