Heartland Healthy Families (HHF) and Parents As Teachers (PAT) - provides home-visits for pregnant women and children birth through three focusing on parenting, child development, and accessing community resources. | |

Heartland Early Learning Program (HELP) - provides early learning opportunities and child care for children birth to three of parenting teens enrolled in Salina schools. | |
