Purpose: Head Start, Early Head Start, and Parents as Teachers working together to serve pregnant women and families with children birth to age five.

 
Heartland Programs offers the following programs:
Heartland Early Education Program (HEEP) - provides early education programming in classroom settings for children ages three through five.
   
Heartland Child Care Partnerships (HCCP) - provides full day, full year early education programming in local child care centers.
   
Heartland Healthy Families (HHF) and Parents As Teachers (PAT) - provides home-visits for pregnant women and children birth through three focusing on parenting, child development, and accessing community resources.
   
Heartland Early Learning Program (HELP) - provides early learning opportunities and child care for children birth to three of parenting teens enrolled in Salina schools.
