Classroom Happenings

May 17th-20th

The last day of school is this Thursday, May 20th. Please note the early dismissal time of 2pm.

Thank you for a great year! It's been a true blessing to have your child and family as a part of my life throughout this school year. I wish you all a safe and relaxing summer!

Campbell's Welcome - Nourishing people's lives everywhere, every day We won the MLR Campbell's Soup Label Challenge! Our class will be rewarded with a pizza party on the last day of school. (Only plan to send a lunch with your child if they do not like pizza.) Thanks for sending in all of the labels!

We had a great time at the Health Fair! We learned a lot about how to keep us healthy.

Please remind your child to continue using their Life Skills. Spring Fever has hit the classroom and we still have a lot of work to do. Thanks for your support!

The students have been using Study Island. It's a great way to provide extra practice at home as well.

Thank you to all the families who sent snacks for the class! It really keeps the tummies from rumbling too much before lunch.

The FLAT STANLEY PROJECT UPDATE: We've had many responses - be sure to ask your child about all the adventures. We've even been to a Bronco game and all the way to India! (If your child hasn't had any responses, please check with the person it was mailed to in September.)
