Dependant Daycare Expense Reimbursement benefit.  Money is withheld from an employees paycheck prior to taxes, and is placed in an account.  Once an employee incurs a qualifying expense, they turn in a claim form, along with a copy of their receipt to be reimbursed with their un-taxed dollars.  However, if an employee does not use all of their funds within the plan year, the employee forfeits the funds.  Hence, the common phrase Use-It-Or-Lose-It.
