students, and Salina florists met and discussed concerns regarding
· - florists not being able to deliver within the allotted time parameter, · - deliveries cause a major disruption during academic instruction, · - the amount of school personnel it takes to facilitate deliveries, and · - the social discrepancy between students who receive flowers and those who do not.
At that time, a compromise was reached and a new procedure was put in
