Introduction:

Dear Americans

The government is needing your help.  Top scientists in the country must have information about the Earth, moon and sun.  This information is necessary for planning the future of the country.  Without it,....well, lets just say it won't be pretty.  The government is prepared to sponsor anyone who is willing to undertake these six missions.  If you agree to accept these missions, the government will be forever in your debt.

Thank You,

The President of the United States                                                                     ^TOP^

Mission 1

O.K., there was light just a second ago.  I am having problems reading this, but I think what the scientists need you to explain why the Earth goes through periods where there is daylight and periods of time when the sun is not up in the sky.

You are going to put your information into a PowerPoint including five slides.  The first slide will be your introduction, ..you know, your name(s), title, that kind of stuff.  The next three will cover what you found out about the questions above.  The last slide will include your conclusion.  Thanking the other students for listening to your presentation would be good.
