District Use of GenAI Tools in the Classroom

GenAI tools, whether publicly accessible or subscription-based, often have age restrictions outlined in their privacy policies or terms of service. Before educators integrate GenAI tools into instruction, they must first submit a Software Request Form to MIS (located in SharePortal) to ensure privacy policies or terms of service are in compliance with applicable guidelines. The GenAI software must be vetted and approved. The following is a list of GenAI tools that have been vetted. This list will be updated as needed.
