Introduction
The Salina USD 305 Belonging Council is a collaborative group focused on stengthening respect, acceptance and appreciation in our schools. The group is made up of community members, staff and students.

We believe
- All students and staff have the right to an education system that honors diversity and strive for equity for all.
- School district staff and students are responsible for promoting an environment where everyone feels safe, honored, and included.
- USD 305 is a role model to parents, patrons and community.
At-large applications are accepted in April of each year. When the application window opens, a press release is issued and a link to the application is placed on this webpage.
