School Meal Program

Student Meals

All students can receive a healthy breakfast and lunch each school day.
Students have the opportunity to select which foods they will eat.
At breakfast, at least four food items from the three required food components (fruit, grains,
milk) are offered. Students must select a minimum of three items, one of which must be a 1/2 cup of
fruit.
At lunch, five food components (fruit, vegetable, grains, meat/meat alternate, milk) are
offered. Students must select a minimum of three components, one of which must be at least a 1/2
cup of fruit or vegetable.

Student Meal Cards

Students will be assigned one new meal card with their barcode which is required to be scanned at the time of meal service for breakfast and lunch.
Cards from previous years can also be used as a back-up. Alternative scanning options — Student IDs (HS and MS) and Skyward App (HS only)
There will be a $1.00 fee added to the student’s account for a replacement card if lost or damaged.
