Participants will:
- learn about Gold Standard Project Based Instruction
- learn how to get started with PBL in their classrooms
- walk away with a draft of a PBL project, ready to finish and implement
Take advantage of compensation offered by Salina Public Schools
- Option 1: $500 stipend
- Option 2: $350 stipend plus full coverage of the $150 fee for two graduate credits from MidAmerica Nazarene University (not required)

Canva is an easy-to-use design and publishing tool with a mission to empower everyone to design anything, publish anywhere, and collaborate with others. It provides a platform for students to create and display their learning and educators to integrate technology with purpose.

Mental Health First Aid
June 5 & 6, 2023

Day 1: Youth Mental Health First Aid
Participants will learn how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training gives the skills needed to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.
Day 2: Wellness and Mental Health Care Participants will study aspects of self-care with an emphasis on overall wellness.
Optional: One graduate credit hour ($75) is available through MidAmerica Nazarene University and/or 12 CEUs.
