On Coronado’s Big/Little Day, students and staff crossed over grade levels and developed new connections and relationships. Students, grades Pre-K to 5th grade, joined together and explored hobbies that were hosted by their teachers and 65 Kansas Wesleyan University volunteers. Some of the activities included making bird houses, card stamping, glow day, terracotta pot turkeys, sock snowmen, karaoke, and making clay animals. The Big/Little Day was such a success that Coronado will host another in March!
