A testing service and convenience for USD 305 families and staff

Important Details

  • Test to Know helps students and staff know if it is safe to be at school.
  • Students or staff may test if:
  • They are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
  • They may have been exposed to COVID-19.
  • They wish to be tested for any reason.
  • Consent forms require parent/guardian signatures so please accompany your student the first time they report for testing.
  • Tests will be reported to the Saline County Health Department and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
  • No one is required to participate in this program, it is offered as a convenience for our families and staff.

How Testing Works

  • A quick and easy rapid antigen test is used on site by trained nurses.
  • A consent form to participate in the Test to Know program is required. The form (and information) is online at usd305.com. Copies will be available at the testing site.
  • Location/times:
  • Salina West, 501 W. Cloud St.
  • Sunday - Thursday, 5:45-6:45 p.m.
  • If the test is negative, the student or staff member goes to school.
  • If the test is positive, the student or staff member goes home.
