Congratulations Emma Lidstrom, Grade 3 teacher at Coronado Elementary School, for being named a state Horizon teacher by the Kansas State Department of Education.

Every day, Emma shows up ready to deliver the best education for her students – with a smile! A natural leader, during her first year of teaching she attended the Safe and Civil School conference and then presented the new information to Coronado staff. Emma’s primary focus is her students and easily adjusts to what best serves them.
