We are happy to announce that Salina’s Project SEARCH internship program at Salina Regional Health Center (SRHC) was honored with the Excellent Employment Outcome Award at the annual conference in Albuquerque, NM!

The team achieved an impressive 80% employment rate for their 2022-23 class of interns. This success is due, in part, to the power of collaboration between Salina Regional Health Center, Central Kansas Cooperative in Education, USD 305 Salina Public Schools, and many other valued partners.

Through rotational internships and on-the-job training, this program empowers individuals with disabilities, providing them with authentic workplace experiences.
